After graduating in 1976, George started his career with Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Calcutta. He has experience in working with organizations that ranged in size from family owned ventures to multi-national giants and in marketing to the major industrial sectors like coal mining, steel, power and heavy engineering. The unique perspective that this Co-founder brings to industry globally is his "business operations management", expertise.

Felix spent the first decade of his career working in the manufacturing and engineering services sector including diesel generators, water treatment plants, wind turbine generators and welding alloys. Felix grew an interest in technology, and envisioned that it could be a great enabler of business and efficiency. In 2010 Felix founded Value Drive Consulting and rebranded it as Sahyogi in 2019. Today, Sahyogi is India’s leading small business growth consulting firm – supporting more clients, delivering better results and running more events than anyone else.

Sanjay holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Sanjay has worked in France for almost a decade. Sanjay has been a software engineer too in Mainframe and desktop environments - IBM, Dec, MS Visual Studio and has developed Android apps on the Eclipse platform in Java and XML. Sanjay also ensures that the financial analysis and tools that we use are exactly as bank managers, investors and accountants would expect.

Technology is absolutely key to the service that we provide at Sahyogi. We load, calculate and analyse thousands of numbers every month. Suraj worked as an SME ( Subject Matter Expert) for the first 5 years of his career where he was handling 3rd level tech escalations, working directly with the development team to get a resolution for the same. Next five years working as Senior Implementation specialist where he would configure software in cloud environments as well as clients local server. Suraj is an expert in reducing IT costs and delivering effective technology solutions for small businesses within their budget.
